I use these bags for 9x5 sourdough loaves as well as artisan breads that I make for my home bakery. I love the fact they are compostable (I just put a bag in my compost to see how it does) and made mostly from wood cellulose. Great alternative to conventional plastic. They do have a crinkly noise to them, but it's worth it in my opinion. Give these a try if you're looking for a eco-friendly alternative to plastic!
